Our experienced finishing team can have your cards ready the next day. Standard digitally printed cards are printed onto 350gsm Matte Art. We offer a wide variety of card and finish options such as laminating, rounded corner, spot uv or foil.

Scanning up to A3

All three of our digital production presses offer amazing 600x600 dpi resolution scans. These are flat bed scanners with maximum scan size of 320x450mm. With the aid of document feeders, we can scan large amounts of A4 or A3 sheets in minimal time.

Do you need a document or book converted into an editable format? We have a scanner that supports Optical Character Recognition (OCR).

Stamps

Scanning large format

Our large format scanner adds high-speed copy, scan and share capabilities to the printers. This scanner has a max width of 914mm and is roller fed. It is limited to paper or thin card.

Finishing

Die-cutting

Die-cutting is the process of cutting a piece of paper or material to a custom shape and size. It is created by using a sharp steel blade which is formed into a specific shape, then cut through the paper.

We offer a wide variety of finishing options. From laminating, rounded corner or straight cut guillotine.

Perforating

Perforation is a process used in the printing industry to allow easy separation of two sections of the base substrate, allowing paper to be torn easily along a line.

Driling

Drilling is the process of creating round holes in paper. We can drill different types of printed documents such as swing tags. With various size options, we can make the right size hole for your needs, including hand finishing with string...

Lamination

Printed pieces are laminated with a clear gloss or matte film to protect them from stains, smudges, moisture and tears.

Encapsulation

Encapsulation is the process of covering a printed sheet with a rigid strong plastic which provides extra protection and durability. It involves covering both sides of the printed sheet with plastic and securing it with a sealed plastic border which makes it waterproof.

Wire-O binding

Wire-O loops come in different diameters to accommodate books of all sizes. And is machine bent to form a perfect circle.

Plastic comb binding

A plastic comb is inserted into rectangular punched holes to hold the pages together. This is great for manuals etc.

Gumming

Gummed edges can be along the short or long edge and create pads where printed sheets can be removed one at a time. Or reinforced to create a strong spine.

Collation

Sorting and assembling printed pages in the correct sequence for pads, duplicate and triplicate books etc.

Sequential numbering

Sequential numbering refers to printing numbers in sequential order on sets of forms with a numbering barrel allowing each piece or set to get a unique number, for example order books in duplicate or triplicate.

Resin doming

A doming resin has enough viscosity and surface tension to sit neatly in a dome on top of your artwork creating a clear rounded 3D effect.

Eyelets

Addition of eyelets creates a unique look and strength where needed on certain printed items like fan booklets or swing tags.
